“This is a value for money hotel, with great atomsphere, service minded staff and dinner in the evening of top class. A perfect combination of hotel and you own cottage. No doubt, this will be our choice next time we come back to Serre Chevalier. Thanks to Tina and her great staff!”

Testimonials from Tripadvisor
“We stayed here for a short skiing break whilst visiting a member of the family who was working in the resort. The hotel is quirky and individual. I don’t think it would be to everyones taste , but we certainly enjoyed our stay. Tina the owner, makes her guests very welcome. It definatetly has a home from home feel. The hotel is small and cosy with a roaring log fire and honesty bar. The bedrooms are basic but clean and functional. There is a sauna, but we did not have time to make use of it. The highlight of the evenig is the evenig meal . Guests are seated on long tables. An opportunity to practice Frence, Swedish, German and of course English! The food is excellent, plenty of it and well presented. We will certainly stay here again.”“An amazing find. Wonderful personal service”
“Stayed here with a group of 30 friends in January and loved it. The hotel has so much character, located as it is in a 17th century village. Not really in the heart of the action so better for those looking for a more peaceful holiday. Getting to the local bars & restaurants is only a 10-15 min walk though.
The communal areas are lovely, fitted out with wooden benches & cushions, a fire in the lounge, a small honesty bar (top tip, get one of the staff to demonstrate how to pour the beer or you’ll end up with a glass full of foam).
The Swedish owner & staff were simply lovely and very accommodating. They always wanted to know how our day on the slopes had been and genuinely made their guests feel at home”“Great swedish hospitality”
